1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VOLOX AI website and video generation services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Service & Beta Phase

VOLOX provides an AI-driven video content engine designed for automated scriptwriting, media assembly, and rendering. The Services are currently provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, particularly during any Beta testing phases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free operation.

3. User Conduct and Content Policies

You are solely responsible for the prompts you provide and the videos generated using our Services. You agree NOT to use VOLOX to:

  • Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or explicit material.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyright, or privacy of third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the VOLOX platform infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property & AI-Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the original prompts you input into the Service. Upon rendering, VOLOX grants you a broad, commercial license to use, distribute, and monetize the resulting AI-generated video content (e.g., on YouTube, TikTok, SaaS marketing), subject to the rights of any third-party stock providers included in the generation.

The underlying VOLOX software, UI, branding, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of VOLOX AI.

Local Data Storage:

VOLOX AI utilizes localized browser storage (IndexedDB) to store your generated videos. You acknowledge and agree that VOLOX AI is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or deletion of generated videos. If you clear your browser data, switch devices, or uninstall your browser, your videos may be permanently lost. It is solely your responsibility to download and backup any generated content.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or the purchase of video credits. All fees are non-refundable unless legally mandated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLOX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.

Explicit Disclaimer Regarding Generated Content:

VOLOX AI acts solely as a technological conduit and tool. We are entirely exempt and hold no legal liability for the content, nature, legality, or the societal, legal, and financial consequences of the videos generated by users on our platform. The user assumes full, complete, and sole responsibility for how the generated videos are used, distributed, monetized, or perceived.

No Guarantees of Performance or Virality:

VOLOX AI makes absolutely no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the performance, reach, virality, financial return, or success of any video generated using our platform. Any claims of "viral" capabilities refer strictly to the style and formatting of the output, not guaranteed algorithmic success on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).

Third-Party Assets and Copyright:

While VOLOX AI attempts to utilize royalty-free or properly licensed stock assets, we make no absolute warranty against copyright infringement claims from third parties. You agree that VOLOX AI is not responsible for any copyright strikes, DMCA takedowns, or legal disputes arising from the use of third-party media or AI-generated visual/audio similarities within your videos.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VOLOX AI, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the VOLOX AI Service;
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
  • Any claim that your generated content caused damage, financial loss, or reputational harm to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the VOLOX AI Service.
